So, for the last couple days its been pretty laid back, not doing much other then the rehab. I have thrown left once since the last time I posted, Just been real busy. I don’t like to make that excuse but seriously it’s been extremely hectic these passed couple days. I had a 9 page thesis paper due on Friday, and I found out about it on Thursday so I was rushing to finish that. We had a game on Friday and Sunday, Saturday was cancelled due to rain, so really I couldn’t get on the field since Thursday. I really want to get into it here soon though, so hopefully within the next few days I can get into a routine. Other then that my arm is AMAZING; Hasn’t felt this good for a long time, there is no pain, I can extend it fully, and have no problem with any of the rehab for the last few days. Here soon were going to start some new excercises, but as of now I’m working to strengthen my shoulder and my elbow, while trying to get as flexible as I can in both my lower and upper half. I started lifting and running with the team this week, the Doc told me the scar had healed well and that I didn’t need to worry about infection anymore. I started doing some balance excerises on a soft pad and ride a bike for about 5 minutes to warm the legs up. As far as my physical state I put on about 5 pounds, so I need to get some extra work in the next couple weeks. Im looking to get into the best shape of my life in this next year, we’ll see how that goes. We have a good strength coach so I should be fine, I just need to start eating right again and definitely get rid of all the sodas. As far as everything else, all is well. Since the surgery I’m feeling the best I have and everything is looking good process wise. I feel as if I’m making some great strides and I’m definitly looking forward to the first day I can start throwing with my right again. I have to wait until July though, got a lot of work from here til then.
