  Azharuddin, great batsman. Loved to watch him play. So, he fixed a couple of matches. MOst sub-continent players were involved in this at the time. Sri Lanka excluded, of course.

  Yes, me too; I guess everything looks colourful to a child. I remember cooking up excuses to bunk school so that I can watch matches starting at 2.30 (well, my mother often saw through it).
  It’s curious that the goosebumps and eager expectation before a match in Sharjah I felt as a child is no longer there even among kids now; a big factor must be the B/W TVs ; it left a lot to imagination. I imagined even the most tame of matches as a karan-arjun sort of fight.

  if u know that match u just watch was fixed what would u think then..becoz jadeja ,azzarudin & hensie cronje was all suspended due to match fixing..
